A man was pronounced dead on arrival in a hospital after he was shot around 11:15 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2022, on N. Bacalso Avenue, Barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City.
Police Chief Master Sergeant Jephthah Jumawan, of the Abellana Police Station 2, identified the victim as Eduardo Blanco Bersabal, 39, a resident of Sitio Laguna, Barangay Sambag 1.
