Georgetown County Coroner Chase Ridgeway has identified the victim, of an early morning shooting that took place at Old Pee Dee Road and Bouie Way on September 18, 2022, as that of Enis Jenerette, 35, of Conway. Mr. Jenerette was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy will be performed on Tuesday at MUSC. The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is investigating. The motive behind this act hasn’t been ascertained yet as at the time of gathering this news.
Detectives are seeking additional witnesses who were in the area when this shooting occurred. Anyone with information about the suspect or incident, who has not already spoken to police, should contact Detective Stuart Music at (970) 416-2575.
