A Venezuelan national was killed and two others injured during a drive-by shooting in Chaguanas yesterday morning.
The victim was identified as Rivas Ramos Jeremy de Jesus, 23.
Reports indicate the deceased was liming with his father, brother and a cousin on the road near the First & Last Bar, Endeavour, around 3 am, when a van pulled up and four men began shooting at them.
As the group scampered, the victim fell to the ground and had to be assisted by his father, Carmelo.
As the suspects fled, onlookers rushed to help de Jesus and placed him in a private vehicle. Accompanied by his father, the victim was taken to the Chaguanas Health Facility where he was pronounced dead.
