Vhong Navarro leaked video viral on reddit and twitter, Full video Link

MANILA, Philippines — Ferdinand “von” Navarro’s appeal to drop rape and lascivious charges against him was recently dismissed by the Court of Appeals (CA).

Earlier, model Deniece Cornejo was given another chance at CA to comment on her sexual harassment and rape allegations against the actor.

In a 26-page ruling signed by Associate Judge Florencio M. Mamaaug Jr., the appeals court directed the Taguig City Attorney’s Office to file a sexual rape case under amended Criminal Code Section 266-A and Republic Act 8353. and lascivious conduct against Navarro under Article 336 of the amended Criminal Code.

According to an affidavit filed in court, Deniece described herself as a model, motivational or resource speaker, fashion stylist and businesswoman with an online business that sells authentic bags and jewelry, among other things.

Deniece was also a non-regular student at De La Salle University at the time of the Vhong incident.

According to reports, Deniece and Vhong first met at a shoe brand event at Makati Mall, where Vhong is the brand’s celebrity spokesperson. Deniece then agreed to have dinner and drinks with Navarro on January 17, 2014, but Vhong told her it was best for them to meet in private to avoid rumours. Deniece said the rape happened around that time, as Vhong confirmed he met Deniece that day, but claimed the subsequent sexual encounter was consensual. Competent authorities recently overturned an earlier decision, granting Transnez’s request to reopen the case.

Since then, Denise has been a voice for many causes. She was appointed as a Youth Goodwill Ambassador by the Royal Order of the Balois and is also a member of the Anti-Crime and Anti-Corruption Volunteer Group.

Margarita is a stunt actress who worked with Vhong on the “I Love Betty Rafia” series starring Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz.

According to Margarita, in 2009, Feng raped her in his car while on the set of “I Love Betty Rafia.”

The body double filed a rape lawsuit against Vhong in April 2014. However, the case was dismissed due to a lack of evidence and the “failure” of Camp Margarita to prove Feng’s “violence or intimidation”, particularly as the incident allegedly occurred to many people in the area.
