Xavier passed away from a brain bleed, he was dropped off at his babysitters home Patti mock and seemed normal and happy.
Melissa and Rudy rushed to meet their baby at hospital, Xavier was airflown to another hospital where surgery was done in a bid to save his life but sadly after spending 4 days in hospital fighting nothing more could be done and life support was removed after his parents were told that best case scenario would be him on life support as a veritable.
The prosecutors say mock shook Xavier but others state he may have had an undiagnosed condition or to do with his birth.
